I'm getting really fucking tired of coming here. Extantify and his pilot (don't know his name) came into our base at least 5 times, firing at us repeatedly until we had enough. My gunner devon fired a single TV at him on his pad and said "It's annoying isn't it" and left him alone. Banned immediately. I knew as soon as I did something back to let them know how fucking frustrating it is to be baseraped by an admin, I'd get banned. I'm getting really fucking tired of this. Devon said he recorded the game and will be sending it to Scy.

Edit::: Also threatened to be perma banned discussing why i was temp banned in chat like with Illusion kicking me for "spamming chat".

Devon here, the gunner. I do indeed have the game recorded and I will attach it to this post. Quick correction, midnight is the one that said "It's annoying isn't it". I am including this for accuracy, but it isn't important. Everything else is correct. Many instances of them baseraping us are grey area, but 2 specific instances are extremely obvious. Edit:: the video is 68% encoded Edit::: the video has completed encoding. Feel free to mute the video. This video shows clear cases of admin baserape on multiple occasions. The two main instances can be seen during the life at 4:30, and 7:20 where a TV missle is fired at us in spawn while we are shooting only the tower. |

Dude, when you say we "baseraped" you and fired at you "repeatedly", you mean as you would hide behind a building and when we would come over to you, you would launch a TV at us and then immediately run back to base? Dude, I understand and admit that when we killed you, you were fairly close to base and when running back to base, we peppered you a bit but didn't ever kill you. If it's honestly too much for you to handle us out in the open firing upon you that you have to run back to base every time, then just don't get into the helicopter, you are begging us to push our boundaries and to shoot at you on your way back, for all I know, you could turn around immediately and start shooting us. I suggest you man up and quit acting like a child in the helicopter and then complaining afterwards when you get shot a little bit close to your base.

I have watched the video all the way through. Many instances of your baserape are grey area or mostly technicalities, but 2 specific instances, one where you shot at us while we were shooting the tower, and one where we are clearly in our spawn, behind a building in our spawn, and you fly over and shoot us. While we are in our spawn. That is two separate banable offences by you in less than 15 minutes, and you still ban us for a tv that did not kill you or even set you on fire.

There were several instances where it was clearly baserape. The AA was shooting at you guys clearly on several occasions. I don't even play by you guys' definition of Baserape, I play by eGO's and it's more lenient that what you guys play by - until you reach the closest flag, which is plenty of time to be ready to engage a heli in most cases and still falls within you guys' baserape definition. We didn't even kill you when Devon TV'd you ONCE, and I even admitted to making him do it to let you know that it's fucking annoying being baseraped by an ADMIN AND FOUNDER of a platoon and server. It's not like I was a bitch and blamed it on the boat. The first "warning" you gave us firing out of base we were firing at the tower since there were stingers, an HVM, you, and everything else tagteaming us, and we couldn't get past A or B, and you continued to fire a TV at US in base again, I believe that is also recorded, we will see, Devon is rewatching the video and said there were 2+ clear instances and several debatable instances. Don't act like 1 simple TV retaliation is justifiable by a temp ban. I told you several times get the fuck out of base and you kept on and on, yes, several times you did just do damage and a few times you also killed us or fired TV's at us clearly behind the deployment building. And what kills me is that you guys think that this server is a 2v2 helicopter server, no, it's far from it buddy. Boats, Stingers, Heats if the pilots use em, SRAW's, other launchers in general - ALL of that was in your favor and since you're an admin it's easy for you to play the "maybe you're just bad card" to save your own ass from another admin abuse appeal. And you guys used to would get everyone in PT to get in the boat, a building and SRAW, stingers, even the fucking transport, and ALL target me just so it would be an unplayable experience for me. What's even more hysterical was that Scy was just talking about Slotted admin abusing again, what a joke, it's you. And Illusion the other day. I haven't had a problem with Slotted in a while, hell, he's gunned for me a few times before. It's so fucking saddening that admins and FOUNDERS don't know their own fucking rules they're enforcing/banning/kicking or whatnot. Fucking sad - PT has so much negative reputation on admins that they're more scared of you and what you might do to them, than rely on you. It's getting as bad as eGO, if not worse honestly.

I understand that we may have flown into your base ONCE without even killing out which was on Duel which caused almost no harm. The other time is simply unbanable, you were shooting at the tower? Really? Any time you are engaging any target, it is completely just for the enemy helicopter to engage as well. Honestly, if you two didn't act like children on the server and make us babysit you, life would be a lot easier. The footage is useless to Duel and I. We are both aware of never killing you in your base but we did pepper you a bit while you were running back. Since the four of us are competitive helicopter competitors, I suggest you both man up and stop making our jobs harder than they need to be.

You are correct in having never killed us in base. That is because we then spotted you and fled back to the AA while you were firing on us, after which you told us not to run. Would you have preferred us let you kill us in base? What would that accomplish other than further weakening your side of the story?

The fact that there were no Zuni rockets or TV's going for you. And that we were hovering above the water. And that I FUCKING TOLD YOU WE WERE TAKING OUT THE TOWER. And you still fired a TV at me. Even firing from or in base is against the rules on the server. We didn't even kill you in base, we never made it to your base, he fired a TV at you ONCE because we were fed up with being baseraped - or, to you, you didn't "baserape" us, you were simply firing at us in base. And it's not like you had to investigate, I manned up and admitted to making him do it, I didn't be a bitch and blame it on the boat - it was too obvious anyway, unless the boat had Air Radar, how would he have known when you are spawning and that he coincidentally would have had TV's? You normally don't do it that bad when I play against you and Slotted - you used to, but VERY little. Tonight, was just mind blowing that you two kept on and on after I asked you to back up out of base or to quit shooting us so close to base. Half the time when I "ran" back to base, my ECM failed, it was you, more stingers/HVM, boat, and all of that shooting at me. If it was Aces High 2v2 and I'm getting my ass kicked, so be it. It's fair. That was not. And you know it.

Like I said, you guys running each time was a sight to see by all means. I honestly thought you guys were better than you played a while ago. For you guys to make us decide on short matter whether to shoot you or not while you ran or even quickly shot at us and then ran is BS. If you guys could understand how childish you sound it would make things so much easier. As for Midnight, don't come and play on our server again if you don't like it. If you want to continue being a little kid and complaining about everything then go somewhere else where other admins babysit rather than enforce rules. I admitted to Duel actually going into your base once but other than that, you guys should be ashamed of how stupid your argument is.

And the admin can check the chat logs like he did with Illusion, I asked you at least twice to get out of base and stop firing at me in base, I never fired at you out of base, and neither did Devon, we were behind A building the entire time we "ran back". Don't even try denying that with chat logs bro, Illusion tried that against me and Ozost's statements and chat log's all lined up buddy.

Midnight, you're beyond yourself with this argument and sound like I'm worried about what you say. Disregarding everything we did that never killed you, TVing into base is against the rules especially when the HEAD ADMIN AND SERVER ADMIN haven't even moved yet. So you freely admit that you entered our base and fired upon us, but that is some how different than when we fired into your base? How does one of these justify a ban, but the other does not? Why are you not answering many, if not most of my questions? You then stoop to the low of insulting our competency as players, and yet we are the ones who need to "man up".

And it's killing me that you're failing to realize, like Illusion, that we fired A SINGLE TV at you. You were hiding behind A building in front of base, locking heats, firing TV's and all that, before we even reached A flag. If these positions were vice-versa'd (Me being the admin and you being just a regular) you'd have been kicked/temp banned a long time ago that round. There were too many clear instances of you breaking the rules in which you "enforce" wrongly.
