Got temp banned by RealDeal I believe, didn't leave their name, or a reason, for burning him out of the heli when I asked him to get out and he refused. Getting really tired of coming here almost every other week for stupid shit like this. Inform your admins of how the fuck to admin a server, and the rules of the server.

Since that is considered teamkilling, he was in the right to temporarily ban you. I know he may have not complied with your request to get out but next time you should be the bigger man and deal with it. PS, burning out an admin isn't smart...

As an admin, I possess the kill command which is less harsh than teamkilling. I don't want to make this a huge argument but maybe you should have saved yourself the time by just flying with him once. Think a little before acting.

I don't want to argue about it either, in fact, I'm tired of coming here. I wouldn't ever come here if I'd get kicked/T-banned for a legitimate, justifiable, understandable reason. Simple rule, pilots get choice of gunners - I was pilot, he was gunner, I asked him to get out, he didn't. A fucking ADMIN should know that, at the very least. You don't have many server rules, but that is one of them. There were no other admins present anyway, unless you guys gave another unknown individual admin rights.

Stop coming to our server if you're going to perform miniscule/questionable acts and then complain after everyone of them like one of us is going to do something. Find something better to do.

You guys amaze me with each incident at just how blind, oblivious, and fucking stupid you are, at enforcing your own rules. Just mind-blowing, you're surpassing the =(eGO)= platoon-based HHA ban in unjustifiable bans/kicks. It's like, you can do whatever you want, we bend the rules a little bit because admins don't follow the rules they are there to enforce, who gets punished? Obviously us. And it's like you don't even give a shit, because you're apart of that admin-group that walks around prancing "I can do whatever the fuck I want, so deal with it".
I came here to report this incident since it wasn't necessary, and just like the last incident, I can't get you to realize that that was unnecessary even when it's written out clearly as a server rule, and even recurs every what, 5 minutes via admin chat? It's like common sense doesn't exist with you or anyone from the PT platoon. Never has. I don't even play that much anymore, and the few times I do a week now - or 2 weeks - I have to put up with this shit. I mean fuck, the guy didn't even leave his name or a reason like he was supposed to, did you just pick any random regular and give him admins rights? Must have, cause you guys will ban for anything you feel you wanna ban someone that day for.

What do you want me to do? Go and side completely with you and say that even though RealDeal didn't get out of the heli like he was suppose to, you could just go and teamkill him like a 12 year old? What was your honest point in posting this to the forums when all you want to do is complain and argue about how EVERY time you get on our server, you experience some unfortunate event which could be easily solved by simply getting out and waiting for the next heli. But you just HAD to go and teamkill him. You had no other choice. I understand everything you're saying, RealDeal didn't get out like he was suppose to, you teamkill him, you get punished, and within a matter of seconds, you're already on the forums complaining about something that wouldn't have happened if you would have just let it go. Before you go and write another book on how I don't "understand" what you're talking about, which I just simply explained before you, just let it go and go play.

What else is this forum "Report Admin Abuse" for? Cause it sure as fuck doesn't sit empty, and not just by me. And yes, you can admin kill, but I can't. And you, or no other admin was there. But he is an admin, he didn't get out when asked, so I teamkilled him once, and I'll even admit to doing it many times when someone doesn't get out when I ask them to. That's a basic rule that is unique about your server, and every regular oughta know it - it's posted every 5 minutes. And again, because I, and anyone else who has this happen to them on the server, are forced to deal with it because we are not admins, and admins are rarely present when shit happens anymore. Take the guy hacking the other day, no admins present, guy goes 185-15 or something as a transport/RCB gunner.
P.S. Wouldn't have to write a book if you had any sense of education and common sense. At least every time Duel handles things, he takes both stories and takes them both into consideration. You? Ha, you could care less, just here to be a typical PT admin. I don't even have to explain what a "Typical PT admin" is, the community feedback says it all.

Duel and I will have a talk with RealDeal but just remember, you're not an admin so its not you're job to punish someone. Sorry we weren't on at the time of the incident. Next time just let it go and wait for an admin. (I think RealDeal might be a mod)

Guys, its ok, no big deal, both of you are in the right tbh, you shouldn't have burned him out of the heli but you are right he should of have gotten out and followed the rules like everyone else, i will talk with him about this. I dont blame you for burning him out of frustration but it was probably not the smartest thing to do considering hes an admin. No big deal tho. Lets drop it now.

I wasn't "punishing" him. How else am I supposed to get someone to comply when they won't abide by the rules aside from literally waiting an unknown amount of time for an admin to come online, or him to get out, if he ever does. You've got a simple !kill command that works wonders and is completely acceptable, but burning - practically the same thing except it does count as a legitimate death, is not tolerated. That's what I was saying was one-sided. I'm not trying to act as if I'm an admin, I'm simply abiding by the rules, if someone gets the pilot seat over me, I get out, before they even have time to ask me to get out, but if I get it, I expect people to abide by the rules.
Thank you for at least taking something - anything - I say, into consideration, Duel. All I asked. It was just a temp-ban, but yet another unnecessary temp-ban that should be discussed with him personally, and shouldn't happen again, with him, or any other admin.

I just talked to him, he said he does not recall being asked to get out, so if you din't ask him just try to remember to ask first always, its the right/nice thing to do.

I used the quick-chat command thing, if you can read team-based chat logs, I can assure you, you will find me telling him to get out. I always do, it's the first thing I do because then they can't say "you didn't tell me to get out" blah blah blah, and it gives them a chance to get out on their own rather than me burn them. It was at the beginning of the 2nd round I played. My Origin ID is Kouvira now, not Midnight anymore btw.
