Not if its inside the base, so in other words, the building where the viper "used" to spawn on top of is part of their base still and you should no snipe people that are on there. Sorry.

Why though? What negative impacts would that have on your server? The only people who are on the rooftop would be snipers. The chopper are hidden behind buildings.
